Extracts prepared from CEF cells transfected with Src (1) or left untransfected (2) were resolved by SDS-PAGE on a 10% polyacrylamide gel and transferred to PVDF. Membranes were blocked with a 5% BSA-TBST buffer for two hours at RT and incubated with a 1:1000 dilution of S6504-40 for two hours at RT in a 1% BSA-TBST buffer. After washing, membranes were incubated with goat F(ab’)2 anti-rabbit IgG HRP conjugate and bands were detected using the Pierce SuperSignalTM method.
